New Year’s Quiz Night 2023

The quiz night held at Purley Downs Golf Club on 18 January 2023 was a fantastic evening! Dr Khalid Khan was again the mastermind behind our annual quiz and it was thought to be the best one yet.

We had an excellent turnout of 48 members and guests with many going the extra mile by dressing up for the occasion as you can see in the photos! The teams were very competitive and scoring was scrutinised carefully.

The Winners

The winning team was headed up by Dr John Spicer (GP) and they called themselves ‘The Wo/Men in White Coats’ and they were delighted with their prize of the highly sought-after CMS Quiz Mug. In second place were the Urogynaecologists called ‘The Patch Adams Family – At Your Cervix’ and third place went to the ‘Sharp Scratchers’, headed up by our President Dr Agnelo Fernandes.
