Croydon Medical Society Events
The Society’s annual programme includes three lectures, AGM and an annual dinner. The Society also confers an annual Lifetime Achievement Award.

Friday 14th June
Annual Dinner 2024
Time is now running out for you to book your place for our Annual Dinner (Friday 14 June), which this year is being held at Farleigh Golf Club. It is a delightful venue and the food is very good – so a great place to dress up and have a good evening! Book online please asap.
Venue: Farleigh Golf Club
Entertainment: To entertain during the evening will be Bertie the Magician who is brilliant and music is being provided by a young pianist called Mark Dowling – check him out here on YouTube. He plays some great jazz pieces.
Cost: Tickets are priced at £70 and include prosecco/fruit juice on arrival, a 3-course meal (menu will sent soon to get your choices) with wine, coffee/tea and mints. Plus entertainment during the evening. There will be a bar if you wish to buy your own drinks. We will also be holding a Grand Raffle with the proceeds going to a Croydon Mental Health Charity. If you have anything which you could donate for the raffle I would be super excited!

Please book you tickets as it is always a good event. We are back to Farleigh Golf Club this year as last year’s visit to Purley Downs Golf Club was very disappointing. This is a chance for doctors, partners and friends to enjoy a great evening in a lovely venue. The evening is a ‘smart’ event meaning that the men wear either a dinner jacket, tuxedo (plus trousers!) or a smart suit. The ladies always look beautifully dressed!

Summer Party
Time and Venue: 2.30 – 5.30. This will be held again at Royal Russell School (Cricket Pavilion). This is always a lovely family event and you and your families are all invited. Further information will be sent out following the annual dinner.
